CORE PERFORMANCE.

CORE is a fire system which provides primary fire detection using multi-spectral video processing. All analytics are carried out onboard each detection device. CORE is designed for compliance to BS5839-1 (UK fire standard), uses fire-rated cabling, and will continue to operate from its internal battery supply for over 24 hours during power failure.

FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS.

FLEX is a cctv system and is used for supplemental fire detection. Devices are connected using standard ethernet cabling and can potentially make use of existing network infrastructure (where suitable).

HOW IT WORKS – FLAME DETECTION USING CIQURIX DUAL LENS TECHNOLOGY

DUAL LENS TECHNOLOGY – Ciqurix detectors process visual and infrared images simultaneously, using analytics to identify the physical presence of a flame. It is not looking for by-products of a fire (be it smoke or temperature). The detectors are looking for colour, brightness, shape, flicker, movement – and they are looking for all of this over time. When enough of these things are present (not all of them necessarily, but enough of them) – a fire event is declared and actioned.
